Yo crossies,I been following raspberry pi project for a quite time now and always thought about getting myself a piece,since I just bought a new TV and my PC doesnot support HDMi ( only vga , and fuck vga ) I'm planning buying raspberry and combining it with an hard disk and makes it run as a streamer.
But before I do that,has anyone here already owns a raspberry and using it? Linux wont be a problem for me,and I have already researched about home theatre for linux,just wanna know if anyone done it and can tell me if it's worth it and simple as it sounds to me..

Running RaspBMC on mine bit tricky to get going as it's still in RC phase but each release is a huge improvement, If linux wont be a problem for you then you'll probably have everything up and running pretty quick, im clueless when it comes to it tho.
