I will asume you want IEM (not earbuds), now the price, what do you think is reasonable? I guess you dont want to spend 150e+ on one pair, so I would suggest VSONIC GR02, I would say they have the best price/performance ratio from all entry level IEMs. If you want something more, VSONIC GR07 would be very good choice as well.
You seem to post quite a bit in audio topics, ever used Etymotic HF5? Been looking to get them for some time now, already using the Sennheiser HD25-1 II for travelling/public transport etc but the HF5 IEM's look good to add also.
my opinion on both of those phones is based solely on reviews and user comments:
HD-25 II is very solid piece of work, one of the best portables, I would say on pair with HF5 (maybe better), but its a bit tricky to compare portable headphones and IEMs. However, I think there are few better options to HF5, take a look at VSonic GR07, its supposed to have tiny bit better sound than HF5 for the same price (well, sort of, maybe few dolars cheaper).
Etymotic makes good stuff. If it's for an Apple device, Apple's in-ear buds are actually pretty good. But both of those may not fall in your definition of "reasonably priced". :)
Sennheisser ear thingies always deliver!
else he will search for the "Dont by Dr. Dre"

Bose ofc.
Stay away from Beats by Dre or Skullcandy.
pretty awesome, but i think they loose their quality over the time, or maybe its just me
+ they dont sell them anymore in apple shops in Tallinn, so yeah pretty much order-only
