Probably something along these lines:
i5 3570k - Keep your hands off of the i7 3770k, YOU, personally wont ever use it, as far as gaming goes those two CPUs are near to identical and not worth the extra money, if you do however require the extra cache or the hyperthreading for whatever reason, be my guest, but in 99% of the cases the i5 will be more than sufficient.
AsRock Z77 Pro4 / MSI Z77A G-43
Crucial M4 128gb SSD / Samung 830 series, whichever you can get cheaper :P
Corsair Vengeance, LP or non - whichever you prefer and your system/cooling allows for
Any random storage drive, WD Caviar Black or Seagate Barracuda comes to mind
If you plan on adding a secondary GPU you'll probably want to go with the MSI-Z77A G4X series instead.
As long as you're staying single GPU any 400W PSU will do perfectly fine, be Quiet's L8 430W CM comes to mind.
Otherwise if looking to run SLI/CrossFire Seasonic offers great units, 600W should be reasonable and most definitely enough, don't go overkill there's really no use of getting a 800W or even higher PSU, you're not going to power a nuclear plantage with it.
As for the GPU itself, I honestly don't know. I like recommending ATI's 6XXX series, they're cheap and perform great, but given your budget.. I'd probably look into the 7XXX. As of right now I wouldn't get a nvidia card - period. ATI is completely dominating the GPU market right now.

Case, fans, cpu fan, drives, etc, in the end really is up to you, what kind of setup you're looking for, something that stays cool at all times and provides brilliant air-flow, or go for the looks, or even a silent system. Just... use google. However if you plan on OC'ing, I can always recommend a HR-02 Macho, great heatsink, performs excellent is silent and comes at a great price, though the installation is a pain.

Also, don't buy into the whole gamingkeyboard scam, there's really nothing to do them, then perhaps having a macro button or two and looking fancy. Mechanical keyboards are still the way to go. Displays, personally, I've had a 120hz LCD and couldn't tell the difference between the 2 60hz I run right now, but... Night claims I 'd setup it up poorly/wrong and there would most definitely be noticeable difference if I'd re-do it. (returned it already way back). I never had any ghosting issue or even low response times with any LCD, I still have a CRT and maybe it's just me but I swear the picture quality's a lot smoother on the LCDs. Shrug.
wow, thanks for this read. never heard of 3570k :Donly 3500
as for the monitor ive been thinkg of Benq XLT

i will take into consideration your opinion. thanks a lot :]

Bought kinda what you suggested a few weeks ago and gotta agree for 100% When I was about to buy it I was worried about the mainboard though, cuz I didn't wanna spend the extra cash on that 'extreme4' by Asrock and didn't really see big differences.

Might go for a new gpu again next year tho, depends on how the BF3 exp. packs will handle it :D

thought was ur phone number, wanted to call u maybe
Parent
will do just fine, though looks to me like a heavily overclocked one... GPU's really aren't my department, I'd just google for reviews and perhaps ask on overclock.net, see what they come up with.
Parent
but i see that the 7xxx series are alot cheaper than 6xxx series

check it out :

Parent
That's because they're mostly just overclocked and renamed 6k's :P

an actual 7k's more along the lines of http://www.emag.ro/placi_video/placa-video-sapphire-amd-radeon-hd-7850-2048mb-gddr5-256bit-hdmi-pci-e--p11200-00-20G

Can't honestly go wrong with a 6850 or 69xx, they'll do better than anything up to 77xx from my experience.
Parent
hmm.. interesting, but the most of 7000 series are out of stock (stoc epuizat)
Parent
btw what do u say about this:

Procesor Intel® CoreTM i5-2500 SandyBridge, 3300MHz, 6MB, socket 1155, Box
Placa de baza Gigabyte Z68P-DS3, socket 1155
Carcasa DeLux MG858 Middletower ATX, 500W, Negru
Kit Dual Channel Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB), DDR3, 1333MHz, Radiator
Placa video Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX550, 1GB, GDDR5, 192bit, DVI, mini HDMI, PCI-E
HDD Seagate 1TB, 7200RPM, 32MB, SATA3, ST31000524AS

without the nvidia :D
Parent
it's decent and will definitely get the job done, but I'd honestly not go for the sandybridge.
And most definitely not for a 2500, if at all a 2500K (the one without K cant be overclocked).

As mentioned above, grab a i5-3570k and a Z77 motherboard, whichever suits your need the most and you'll be off a lot better on the long run for the same price or merely a 20E upprice.

I don't like the case, though that's really up to you and what you plan on doing with it, but I'd never trust a random no-name PSU. If you want a low-budget case I'd recommend looking into bitfenix shinobi and fractal arc design, they're fairly cheap, have excellent airflow and allow for decent cable management.

Ditch the ram, Radiator's are dated and for merely 10E more you get the Vengeance which will perform twice as good and run of 1.5V stock (which again, allows you to overclock them quite easily to run at 1866mhz).

Even if you don't want to OC now, going with the ivy setup it allows you to be a lot more flexible, sandybridge will become obsolete slowly but surely and with that getting a ivy bridge ready system not only allows you to upgrade a lot cheaper, but a lot easier if the time comes. And being "OC-ready", who knows in a year or two that new game that just came out but doesn't run as smooth on your PC, getting another 1ghz out of the CPU for absolutely no cost other than perhaps 5-10°C of heat pays off.

wow...

thanks a lot , and reffering to that psu and case , i just took the config from a comment on that site.its like 650 euros.

and yea i would take 2500k also :D

so what gpu would you choose and mob ? to fit the 3570
Parent
AsRock Z77 Pro4 or MSI Z77A G-43 are probably the best you can do for a low price.

I don't know, probably a 6850, 6950 or 7950. Whichever you can afford or feel you'll need. All 3 perform great and will outshine any nvidia card you can get for the same price or even more.
Parent
the whole system should be like 800 euros(a lil bit more expensive in romania)

im gonna make the config and please let me know ur opinion
Parent
oh and why is i5 better than i7 ?
Parent
It's not, but there's no real reason to get the i7 simply because all it offers is Hyper threading, which you will never make use of as an average pc user or gamer. It gives you absolutely no performance boost over the i5, so why waste the extra money. :)

These are what i'd go for, can honestly not do any better for that price.

Though that site in particular offers no good cases nor psu's, I'd try to get those elsewhere. You'll just be overcharged for a model a lot worse than you could get somewhere else.
Parent
Yes, but either one of the two 6xxx's i listed are better.
Parent
u didnt list any :D
u mean 68xx and 69xx ?
Parent
yes I did, you should start reading my posts.
