semi-low budget PC I put together for this other guy just yesterday. Should be perfectly in your price range. If you need any shop recommendations for us germans, lemme know.
Will run BF3 on ultra @ around 90-120

http://geizhals.at/de/531278 Samsung M378B5273DH0-CH9 x2 this memory looks slow but does 1866MHz on stock, new 35nm Samsung. And if you can overclock properly 2000MHz should not be a problem.
Also would take the Samsung 830 256GB because it has faster write speed and it fit's in his budget.
Edit: Sorry, didn't actually check the RAM. :P No, yeah, they're decent and cheap no question, but I've always been a fan of corsair, especially their new vengeance series, if you were to run close to your budget they're definitely something to consider but otherwise I, personally, wouldn't.
You don't know if the Corsair Vengeance does 1866MHz it's pretty mainstream ram that doesn't always reach 1866 with stock 1,5. I agree you won't notice the difference between DDR3 1333MHz or even DDR2 1066MHz vs DDR3 2000MHz ram with daily use but there is difference that is more than the 1% or 2% just looking at benchmarks. Also this Samsung ram can be undervolted for less power usage i have it on 1,42v with an overclock and lower timings. And last but not least its 35nm ram it doesn't need a heat sink because it will never get hot.
I don't know, I'm running a 128gig crucial m4 in here and a 120gig ocz agility 3 in my HTPC and I've got about 80gb free on both systems, I've never ran into capacity issues, though then again I keep my HDDs in check and clean, he probably wont. :P
But, in the end, it's really up to him, if he feels the need for the extra space or minimum performance gain (I highly doubt he uses his PC in areas where the extra speed will ever be of any necessity), by all means go for it
Just some screens from overclockers here in The Netherlands with that memory

That's why i can guarantee that he can run it on 1866MHz with even thinking about it.
And you keep it very clean with your ssd's if you have that much space left.
Speaking of RAMs, have you had a chance to check out G.Skill's new TridentX series? http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=515 Those are beastly.
I just follow the news on big tech websites and forums like http://www.tweakers.net (dutch) and http://www.xtremesystems.org mostly overclocking and liquid cooling section. If you want too see some nice cases look in the liquid cooling gallery http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?233842-Liquid-Cooling-Case-Gallery/page216
And i like to overclock and have fun with my water cooling setup.
I don't work in that area and never will. Building and advising computers to people is not something you could make much money with since so many people can do it good i just remember almost everything i read regarding hardware. I could even tell you what my computer was 10 years ago in detail
hdd
cpu
mobo
everything else you need is pretty easy to find yourself
won't happen
sad
but
true
I just want to play bf3 and other games without any fps drops and low qualitiy.
and since the cdt tournament u r so arrogant...
didnt know it before :/
want to buy a new pc and car and the rest goes for my university :D
"university"
":D"
but u have to build it on your own, just the components! gl lukarsch
stupid
lol
lol nerd
:DDDDDDDDDDD
;-)
enough said.
u can buy like me a normal PC for 900 eur (in profile), not the best , but holds ultra high 16x on 1280x1024 60-100 fps easy
its such a great feeling to play and not lag and to see smooth picture and not pixels and shit
enjoy
