GFX card upgrade

Could you recommend some nice upgrades for ATI Radeon HD 4890. Price would be around 100e, maybe a bit more.

all ~100e gfx cards dont have more power than your ati4890 :) ...or is it broken?
you have to spend atleast 150e but even then the cards dont have a real advantage in speed (max 20% faster) against a 4890, only newer technologies
