all I know is that you should prefer the one's with true 120hz.

tbh i have a samsung S23A700D and its fuckin blurry. not to mention that my old shit monitor seemed to have lower input lag.

I've been researching monitors for quite some time now..
the best on the market at the moment according to most reviews:
BenQ XL2420T: +- 370 €
Samsung Syncmaster S23A750D: +- 360 €
Asus VG236H: +- 430 €
+
Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM (<= really low input lag): +- 170 €

Also the 2233rz from samsung if you can find one had some good reviews :)
