cant help u.. some logical thought... smile when u try to set up the interview, not too freaky ofc. be nice, make them feel that they are special and everything they say is important for you.

Squeezing handshake and look in the eye of interviewer. If you can't do that, just look at his forehead. For the other person it seems as you look in his eye.

And all the other typical shit... polite, friendly, be in time, know facts about the company etc.

be prepared is the key to success. Know what job you are solliciting for, know the company, make them feel like you deliberately chose to be there.

Also using the SOFTEN-technique in conversations is a big helper. (Smile - Open posture - Forward leaning - Touch - Eye contact - Nod). Although i'd advise you not to touch the interviewer since you're not at the same level.

Interviewing what, who, why? Basic sheet with questions for random people or...?

Straight back and always smile. Come across as confident. You'll boss it.

Be as positive as you can. Smile 24/7. Show them some respect. Be calm and motivated. Overall just be yourself and don't take it too serious.

Asslicking isn't a bad idea either(not too much tho)!

On a serious note - prepare for tough questions like "what are your disadvantages". And never respond like with the real disadvantage, but turn one into advantage - like "I'm too precise, I always have to check a few times if it's ok or I pay too much attention on every detail"
