What kind of physical sports you do? How many times a week? Do you consider yourself addicted or do you need to seek motivation sometimes?
My favorite hobby is weightlifting (currently trying olympic lifting) and im also trying wrestling and going to have a shot at boxing. I exercise pretty much every day, usually I have 1 day off and thats when Im just eating and laying down. I think I have conditioned myself and my brain chemistry to have some sort of physical stress daily because it makes me feel so great. Also I have made some great relationships through my hobbies - which is kind of easy when you have at least one thing in common.
And I have started recommending sports to my dearest friends because I know it can only have positive effect on them.

tried tennis and squash this weekend, tennis is abit expensive but its worth it to pay, squash is also shitload of fun
edit:
with physical activities you sure mean smth like taekwondo etc. right? i fkd up :D
edit2:
i played football for several years in a team when i was younger but i started to smoke and its impossible to play football right now :D
i only play to enjoy some nature
for everything else im too lazy
2x fitness 1/1,5h
1/2x physical therapy 1h
Playing ping pong every day/evening also, used to run a bit few months back but no motivation anymore for it! Some football from time to time with friends, but really occasionnally tho
but really doesnt it get bored real quick?
When i play it more than twice a month im kinda done with it.
And also dont you just throw strikes 90& of the time?
btw, in top circuits where oil patterns are the toughest, the best strike percentages are between 70-75% on those "easiest" of the hardest. On hardest pattern (which is used for US Open), the best players are around 50-55% at best. And thats average of 40-60 games, which is average games per player in most pro tournaments. Its much more into bowling than ppl think, however most ppl see it as good game while getting drunk, something like darts or table football.
EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJh3uQCog8Q , these are one of the best players in last 2 years
I do football twice a week and see my girlfriend once a week at least ;)
Also do boxing twice a week and musculation sessions three times a week.
Football 3 times week 2hour
14hours exercise at weekly.
Yeah, it does make me feel good. Without sport i feel depressed and sad. Also sports is great way to make new companionships.
im not really intense sporter but i didnt sport for 1 year so i know i have to make up for that time.
playing basketball, volleyball or whatever is being played....
also got shitty feet so not much that i can do at its fullest
exercises at gym - 3-4 times a week
cycling - 4-5 times a week
table tennis - 1 time a week
these are my hobbies, I don't really have to seek for motivation for anything tbh.
Dont have the motivation to go back though.
im addicted, but still sometimes i need to seek some motivation when im in a bad mood
Used to go to the gym, but not so amusing, I just make some exercises at home :)
2x-3x Football
4x Volleyball
2x kickboxing
