Yesterday the european parliament voted against ACTA with 478 votes against 39.

im more afraid about the gema shit. hope it wont get through otherwise i guess its over for berlins clubscene :(

and imo best decision they have made so far.

So wie ich es verstanden habe, müssen jediglich mehr Abgaben auf den Eintrittspreis entrichtet werden. Eine mögliche und jetzt schon sehr häufige Lösung ist es keinen oder sehr wenig Eintritt zu zahlen und dafür einen Mindestverzehr zu nutzen. Andere Möglichkeit wäre als Verein zu firmieren und den Eintritt als Beitritt, Spende o.ä. deklarieren. Ich denke man findet da schon wieder Mittel und Wege diesem Gema Krams zu entgehen :-P

ich glaub das ist schwer zu realisieren, aber abwarten ob das ueberhaupt durchgeht.
mindestverzehr. wtf es gibt clubs wo man essen kann?! :P

davon kenn ihc nur einen. fruehmorgens lecker pommes und nebenbei dancen haha.

verein klingt gut, wenn das so einfach ist wie es klingt, mach ich mir keine sorgen =)

Heißt das nicht Mindestverzehr bei euch? Also wenn man 'zwingend' für 10 Euro trinken muss bzw. diese 10 Euro so oder so zahlt.

Im Bootshaus in Köln gibts die ganze Nacht über Bratwurst, sehr fein ;-D

ich geh net in sone "diskos" wo man minimum so trinken muss :P

ist das beste wenns essen giibt, ihc krieg meisst dann nachts nen rappel geh raus ausn lcub schnell zu mc oder nen doener und weiter gehts :D
