it was a shame already that some random, without any reputation, got an admin spot

When I applied for ESL admin they had a really good trail period, I decided that I didn't want to be ESL admin after sometime since I wanted to concetrate on other projects more but FoaMeA had his stuff well storted back then.

that might be, i consider foamea as very decent admin. i dont know the chosing procedure, but still, picking some utter random with no admin experience at all, at the 'biggest esport organization' is not very wise or professional imo.

Thats why we have a 3 months trial for new admins. 3 months are more than enough to learn every thing an admin needs to know and also in those 3 months we have time to know if the person who applied to become an admin is good enough for this job.

I can't give informations that are strictly tied to ESL, due to privacy german law. If the player creates a support ticket, the ban will be explained. I cannot go public and give all the details about the ban.

And, of course, I will never say how I track cheaters. :)
