lets try this again, now as journal, not as news xD still confused about where to do what...

what kind of flags do exist and how do you "achieve" them?

Well,
Nice and also funny idea but the realisation has some lacks...
For example:
Only allowed to look for a team for 1 hour.. Seems legit!
