I would like to read these so called guidelines! WHY O WHY DONT I HAVE PERMISSION TO SEE THESE GUIDELINES?
IM LOST WITHOUT GUIDELINES, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW :S

Private admin foruns. It's a bug, it shouldn't be listened to normal users. Probably going to fixed any time soon, it's been reported already.

I'm not sure if this is a bug but:

When you go to someones user profile and you click "pm" you still have to typ the username of the one who receives the pm, its not listed automatically.

Is this normal?

You got it wrong!

When you click directly at a user pm button, it automatically fills the "Recipients". You only need to fill if you want to send the same pm to more than this person!

you only need to write the message if you send DIRECTLY the 'pm'. (by clicking at profile, it auto-fills!)
