DayZ fps lags

I just started playing DayZ but I'm getting huge fps lags and the game is unplayable. Tried to lower the quality and some other settings but then I can't see shit..... I also tried to google it but I didn't find anything.

So does anyone know how to fix it? Any configs? Something that might help?

Think its the new patch, few people I know have this issue.

try another server, some servers cause this issue. the most playable ones are the one which end with | hosted by dazhosting.com or something like it
