studio monitors

anyone got a set of studio monitors or can give me some advice.

looking for some near fields that still pack some punch on the low end.
im not rich so you understand i cant spend a fortune on em.

recomendations and tips on choosing are very welcome!

gemma atkinson is damn hot!!!

i heard the Yamaha HS80M are pretty good for the low-price-range (at thomann 259€)! i plan on getting them too!

ye i read about them , also the alesis (forgot wich model) are good in that pricerange.

many people are satisfied with the yamahas, so why dont we give it a try? :)

i currently have the Behringer MS40's, they are good aswell, but you can hear that they are not that high quality.

Using KRK Rokit 5 here and im absolutly satisfied. Costed me around 180€ each.

aight, heard some ppl dislike them and strongly recommend the vxt instead of rokits
