new G400 & Qpad CT large

yo,
just bought a new g400 & qpad ct (replaceing my mx518 + old qpad ct large)

overall I spend around 56€

GOOD OR NOT?

i want the old cf style back :( oh btw I am looking for cool movie music (rock, dubstep w/e) if you know some cool new songs, send me a pn here or at irc, would be very nice :P

It's good but I didn't really like the feel of the G400. For example with the same settings my deathadder seems more "stable". I am more able to do a "line" with deathadder. I didn't tweak settings too much too.

but nice mouse you got here and nice pad also :)

You are used to play with a deathadder, and I am used to play with a mx518, there is no big difference between the mx518 and the G400 is not that big as it is for the deathadder :P

And the pad: I am going for the puretak, coudn't remember the name of it when I bought the qpad ct, cause I am already using my pad for 3 years and I don't like it at all (so restoring the qpad now and buy the puretak instead). It's not bad but not good at all, serveral people already told me that hte puretak is much better, so I am going to try it. Reviews are also talking good about it, so why not :D

You're right, I'm used to my lovely deathadder :D

Yep puretrak talent is one of the best mousepad if not the best.

It might be because you had prediction on from razer drivers and on G400 you didn't.

I dunno about the Qpad but G400 is pretty great choice. Only problem with it seems to be it breaks time to time. I have had 3 different G400s in one year now (got new yesterday). Fortunately it has 3 year warranty which just means you'll get new mouse always when one breaks down so you don't really need to care about mouse skates and so on. After all it is just Logitech who couldn't fix the cord problem after they knew it was on MX518 for a long time.

well the cord is the same like the mx518? so well I got my mx518 for around 2 years without a problem

Cord is thinner as you can see and I noticed that on G400 this cord problem occurs more than in MX518.

no, not at all. I am going to get the G400 but I changed the qpad ct now for the puretak talent :D

just because I didn't know the name of the pad when I bought the qpad
