There are a shitload of faggots in my gym who do chest or arms only. I fucking enjoy seeing them having a shitload of problem when they work on their legs once per year or smtn :DD
Its just that extra boost that I sometimes need after a long day school. It can really make you tired if you need to listen to some old guy talking about stuff you dont really care about for hours. And thats exactly what a good pre-workout needs to do for me.
