For ET the first one should be better since ET needs RAM not GPU-Power.
For all other kind of stuff, go for the second due to the better GPU.

Can you link me to the offers for those notebooks?

You can save over 100 euros if you skip the SSD. Apart from that one the i3 is a bit underpowered for games and the i5 lacks good graphics.
