Renting out VPS

I'm renting out VPS ranging from 256MB to 4GB DDR3. They all run on RAID10 SSDs and E3 3.3Ghz cpu. Each gets a "fair share usage" of 1Gbps port. Located in Dallas, TX. Semi-unmanaged (will help with some things, but not garunteed to have the answer to every question).

32 and 64 bit versions of the following OS are available:
CentOS 5
CentOS 6
Debian 6
Fedora 16
Scientific 16
Suse 12.1
Ubuntu 11.04
Ubuntu 12.04

These servers can easily run ET/TS3 and other similar things. You are allowed to run pretty much anything you want including Minecraft, IRC, Source games, other games... You are not allowed to let the server exceed 90% usage.
