Is anyone following Clanbase playoff rules?

As SummerCup is ending, I would like to ask how many teams have been following this Clanbase rule?

Quote7. Clans are forbidden to chose the same map, previously selected in their two most recent playoff games.


This rule is in Clanbase EuroCup, OpenCup and SummerCup rules (playoffs-stage only).

There are some clans that have picked 1. Supply, 2. Goldrush, 3. Supply, 4. Goldrush and some that have picked 1. Supply, 2. Goldrush, 3. Goldrush.

I would like to hear from players and admins what do you think about the rule and how do you understand it.

i know it was followed in last NationsCup, only because I made a list and everyone had to report after a game which map did they pick. something like this should be done for every league etc but I think it's too much and there is nobody that would do this, so we can only count on people' honesty

disallow people claiming foreits after the match because of this rule, what happens in that case is that other teams check before the match witch maps the opponent may use -> applying the rule

Haven't cared to check opponents, don't really care. Unless they pick delivery x)

basically what fanatic said - it was put into place with the hope that most teams would have the honor and sportsmanship to follow the rule without us having to track every single team down after each match to find out which map they chose
