Get backlinks to your site(go to some jeweler forums/social media groups and talk about things, but DO NOT advertise your site but instead put it for example to your description box or as a signature etc).
Pay some cash to get adwords, might not be the most profitable way to start. For sure it saves a lot of time, but costs quite much too. Better start with some free methods like writing&submitting some articles to article directories, discuss at forums/social media, get involved into jewelery thing. Create a youtube video presenting your site. And so on...

Positioning is a long-lasting process, it will take sometime time to get your page high in google, read about SEO-search engines optimalization, read about robots.txt on your page, find some good pressel pages and make lots of pressel articles for your page. You should also collect as much links to your page from other pages as it is possible, but watch out, google hates spam links and links from shit pages ('Black SEO' - find some info about it aswell), buy links on some decent pages that are also about jewelery. You can think about adwords/adsense to earn some moneyz with ads or about link exchange systems.
