"After last night's MLG final, it became clear that both teams had agreed to split the prize money prior to the game.
Late last night we reported that Curse had won their first offline LoL tournament. But what should have been a fascinating tournament featuring some of America's best teams turned sour after the finalists were found guilty of collusion. Shortly after the match, it became clear that Curse and Dignitas had agreed to split the prize money and give Curse the Challenge Circuit points for finishing first place.
"This is in clear violation of both the letter and spirit of MLG’s Official Pro Circuit Conduct Rules," reads the official MLG statement. "As such, both teams have been disqualified, and no placements or prize money will be awarded." Challenger points have been stripped from both teams and the prize money will be moved down the rankings, meaning that 3rd and 4th place will receive $20,000 and $10,000 respectively. Both Curse and Dignitas will receive no Circuit points for this event either.
Many fans were already questioning the validity of the final match when game one was played in All Random All Mid mode. However, MLG's Lee Chen was quick to point out that "the Collusion had nothing to do with the ARAM." Whether this has any future repercussions for the teams remains to be seen, but Curse have already released this public apology in which Saintvicious admitted to "disrespecting esports.""

EDIT:
ODEE (Dignitas BOZZ):
It has come to our attention that during yesterday’s Major League Gaming Summer Championship League of Legends Event, our League of Legends team have engaged in misconduct. We have found at least some of the accusations to be valid. As a consequence, we have decided to investigate the situation fully to accertain all the facts. We will release a statement describing our responsive actions within two days.
Michael O’Dell, Managing Director of Team Dignitas, said: “Team Dignitas, our members and all of our partners have never, and will never, stand for conduct that disrespects our team values MERIT, PRESTIGE, WORTH, DIGNITY”.
We are committed to supporting the eSports community and once our investigation is complete we will respond accordingly.

Match fixing is controversial thing in real sports too but it is against the rules so MLGs decision was right.
