So im thinking about buying a new laptop as my old one is without a screen and has simply gotten old/outdated.
Im thinking about a system with these in them, what i need advice on is what model/brand to get it from as I dont have a preference for a brand and some people may have good arguments why to buy a specific one :)
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-2760QM 6Mb Cache, 2.40 GHZ (3.5GHZ Turbo mode / Quad Core - 8 threads)
GFX: nVIDIA GTX6** (or similar card from ati)
MEM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz Corsair
It doesn't have to necessarily look pretty but its a plus if it does :D

i7-3610QM (IVY bridge) - slightly better than 2760QM
GTX 660
8GB RAM
Lenovo is a respected brand, can't recommend it now as I don't have my y580 yet. I used to have an MSI laptop in the past and it served me well- I have nothing but good experience with MSI hardware so I doubt you would be let down if you decide to buy an MSI lap. Asus is also a mark I trust as I've never had any problems with their products and I've had quite a few.
