Might be my lack of playing older cs-games tho ;)
Well se = fixed version of the map (less bug I think)
and ve it's only for de_nuke because steam didn't make the same map on in the others cs, and it's really harder for one team than another now. A star from cs1.6 (not sure) made a map that looks like more the one in the older cs.
