This is a brag journal, or just something so I can ground the probabilty of this, for myself.
3 set items: one IK, one blackthorn, and some ring.
2 legendary items: one 25% gold farmer belt and some bad crossbow.
This was from ONE act 3: keep depths 1,2,3 -> siegebreaker to azmodan, no additional clears.
I don't play the game that much so I am not sure about the numbers, open those golden calculators and help me please? :)

I just threw some stash items on my wizards though, built it temporarily just to beat inferno with it, then resold the gear :P

Shortly and very rough:
Ignoring quality brackets and unrevealed stuff like that.
300 MF. (x4 drop quality chance)
2000 enemies in total. (obviously exaggerated)
100 elites x 0.022% for Elites, 0,088% with MF then.
1900 normals x 0.0018% for Normals, 0,0072 with MF then. (30 times more than elites, crawlers throws this number though)
Averaged single Legendary/Set item drop chance per run: 22,49%
I know Legendary and Set items have different drop chance (like 4-5 times less for Set items) but I could not find reliable or plausible source for this.
In total I got *0,00000057537008386886249% of it happening per run. Ignoring what kind of Set/Legendary items droped.
