CFG help bitte!

Hola
Been away for some years and so my "good" pc... ;)
I have a crappy laptop now and iv'e got like 20-30fps in open fields and stable 76 in small areas. Is there a way that i can solve this or is it just that simple that i have such a bad pc? =)

So i just put it in my etmain folder and then it should work?

You need to do /exec configname in-game and then do /vid_restart
