education gift

good evening. Been looking for a gift for my girlfriend due to her birthday and education, im about to buy a more expensive present but rly dont know what, been thinking on a trip somewhere, could use some vacation myself :)

does anyone recommend a place ? been to magaluf, kos, aiya and rhodos,

few requirements : need to be a warm/sunny place (so my girlfriend can get a tan, and an excuse for me to drink alot of beer)
dont want a partyplace, more like snorkling,fishing/waterjet and just chillin eating good food etc.
wouldnt mind if it were a cheap place aswell since i have to pay for her ticket and food and drinks (believe me she eats more than alexl) and still fit, sometimes i cant understand women
