I hate it that WoW is so expensive to keep playing, with all these expansions also. So I decided to quit playing WoW. Already costed me like 300-400 euros in about 3 years time. :D
An average gamer buys atleast 3+ games a year, it does not matter if you're a pc or console user. Console gamers do tend to buy more games as you can't simply download a ripped version and play on it.
If your not buying 3 games a year, your not a average gamer. Nolifing one game does not turn you into a average gamer.
I purchased WoW 3 days ago. Played about 8 hours straight first day. I find the new zones to be very exciting, lots of cool stuff to encounter. Now I am lvl 90 and first time in years I didnt have to farm dungeons to get good enough item level to get in heroics (what sucks imo). When i got 90 I already had item level required. Imo its too easy. Heroic dungeons I find to be kind of boring smap-your-AoE fights. No need for teamwork, crowncontrol etc. Without the cool stuff. I hate it.
I heared that mop actually offers more new mechanics than cata did. is that true?
i know that catas focus was the remake of the rather dull 1-60 zones and improved phasing so what does mop bring to the table?
i mean gw2 if fun and all that jazz but i could do with some raiding rather than PvP only.
MoP best expansion by far, from the soundtrack/level design to the lore and class design. Challenge modes are really hard, be prepared to spend countless hours to down one on gold.
