Need a new TV

Dear CF-users

I want to buy a TV for in my bedroom, which is rather small (8m x 6m).
The TV must have a USB port since it will be used 90% of the time for watching series/movies

Is there any way in advance to know that the TV will recognize my subtitles?
if not
Is there any good program to hardcode my subtitels onto my movies/series?
Might want to buy software, just dont want any shit programms full of adds & trojans/keyloggers

suggest me some good TV's in a price range of 300€ +-
