I just made fast roast beef with onions and fries and lamb`s lettuce for me

Lunch: Some slices of ham, pack of quark/curd, some lasagna I found in the oven
Snack: too much cake...not planed at all!
Therefore went for a quick run (9km)
Dinner: chicken, leeks, carrots, beans in a white wine cream cheese sauce
