that depends when you go to sleep. Due to my late university schedule, i end up having dinner late, which means i go to sleep late. Sleeping from 4am - 12am for 3 years+

I've been going to sleep late. I remember as i kid, my friends went to bed at 22o'clock, and i could never sleep before 24 :|

But it's not really a problem, in fact the less i sleep the better i feel! 6 hours or 5 is the best for me and in 1 or 2 days i adjust my sleep schedule, but it starts to re-adjust to 4 am over the days...
