ET problem :(

guuuuys i wanna try and stream ET but but but i just reinstalled and for some reason it seems to lag like for 0.1 seconds every 5 seconds almost like it jumps a touch, im sure i used to know how to fix this but win7 and being a super casual noob these days means i dont. Any idea?

There can be problem with your harddisk (like if you have 2/more folders :C / :D / :F etc..)
Then you just have to put et on another disk...

EDIT: made smile rofl :D
btw your stream isnt working,just shoutcast? :D

EDIT: it does now,but too dark lad :D + bad res. for my + too big cg_fov :D

turn on the lagometer and fps meter to recognize wheter it is a fps problem or something goes wrong with connection/packets

edit

from what i see it is some packet prob, maybe you have some badass program running and it sends/receive smth and then for small time you have a big packet loss

Lower FPS, higher resolution!

I think 60 FPS should be fine for a stream?

force aa with your graphics card? also not sure if it applies anymore but perhaps running it as xp

3D optimisation is turned on in your drivers then loz. have a look at your video card settings as u might have some settings turned on that should be turned off as they are causing your ET to lag. x

Ask Alan, he will help. I tried as well streaming ET but it seems my shit monitor (Hz rate) + shit internet provider doesn't help. But knowing that you've been streaming cod and other games it shouldn't be an issue.
