xbox origin/EA fucking account

Bought fifa 13 for xbox.

Now it seems my gamerprofile is linked to my brothers origin account somehow.
And i cant even change the emailadress/login cause its says its incorrect!

So basically i cant login to go online, how the fuck do i work around this problem?
