Another example of Russians & driving. During winter, if a car uses studded winter-tires, it has to have a sign of it at the back of the window, so that people driving behind realize that it might stop suprisingly fast. Yeyeye, lots of countries don't use studded tires, but Russia isn't at middle-europe.
