6. Support email sends automatic answer that you can ask for help with tickets from site (requires login at site - account still locked)

yeah, you can choose monster-power now from lvl 0 - 10 (more mf, gold and exp bonus % per monster-power level), when you hit lvl 60 there are 100 paragon levels now and there are uber-bosses (infernal machine), that you can open again with keys you have to find (key of hatred,terror etc like in d2)... and they drop stuff you can build a unique hellfire ring out of it... quite funny now.
