never tried maxes always doing 6 tot 12 reps, 3 sets
bench ~55 kg
deadlift ~75 kg
squat ~85 kg
bodyweight ~70 kg
I know it's low but training hard so cu in 2 years!
if you bench 4 x 20 with only 20 kilo's in a proper way, you'll feel it burn even more when you do it rapidly with a higher amount with les reps...
1-6 reps/set for strength
6-12 reps/set for hypertrophy (muscle size)
12+ reps/set endurance
but it's different for abs and calves since they are a different kind muscle, about 25 reps/set for hypertrophy
of course all of the above is roughly
