i thought id check how the event is doing after comming home.
ive only "watched" a couple minutes now but from what i gather the production is an absolute disaster...
hope the games, at least, were worth watching.

e: wow. and here we were thinking that riot didnt do such a good job despite all the money thrown at their events. blizzard, you got your ass handed to you.

I really hope Hero will destroy Stephano, I just don't like how unbalanced Zerg become after HotS. Was watching some tournament ~2 weeks ago, no matter how far other races were ahead, once Zerg made infestors+roaches, game suddenly turned around into Zergs favour. Or at least this is how I saw it (and commentators seemed to agree with me :P ).

its just that infestor is 2cost effective for a spellcaster.+ its raping units that it shouldnt(example, fungal on vikings)... ghost and ht are far from being that useful like infestor.

did they nerf? I remember ghosts being a great counter to infestors because of snipe+EMP both countering them, also SS did massive damage to bio, which zerg is :D btw I'm not arguing or anything, just curious

yes, snipe got huge nerf and is totally useless against BL&ultras or any other nonspellcaster unit(snipe is now used vs HTs mostly)

storm was never that good vs tier3 zerg units,mostly used for hydras lings & mutas

they also nerfed emp radius from 2 to 1.5 or smth
