Building my own pc

Yo guys, my current PC is pretty shit. It's a Packard Bell mini PC and I'm not able to run any of the new games decent. I cant even get stable 125 FPS on CoD4, my FPS on CS:GO is ~30 and shit like that. The PC is decent for normal stuff, but it's not good enough for gaming anymore. So I'm building my own PC, together with my brother who has some experience with that.
The current parts I selected are these:
Total price ATM is € 660,46. I still need to buy a case but I probably can get a good deal for a Coolermaster case. I also need a processor cooler, but I'm not sure which one to order yet :)
So I probably will pay somewhere between €700,- and €800,- which is also what I want to pay for it. €850 max (I'm a poor student). I'd like to know if this PC will be good enough to run the current and upcomming games and if its not the case, what should I change? Myself and my brother do not have alot of knowledge about graphic-cards, so I'm hoping you guys could give me some info about it :)
Thanks!

Its almost 200 euros, cant afford that.
CPU cooler: Coolermaster hyper 212 evo. i5 cpu is prima.

the one you did is good for multimedia (not for gaming)
i reconise ldlc powersupply (seasonic rebranded)
not asus motherboard, since it has one of the most % of defect product...
also you can get a fractal design r3 case (or something cheap)
and as cpu cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (if you care about the noise, with this + the case, you wont heard your pc)
1) a better PSU, modular with a min of 800w. (just if ur gonna upgrade later e.g SLI. or maybe watercooling ur gonna need that extra power)
2) Solid state (the price is low now. just to install ur O.S on. i cant recomend this enough the speed is just unreal)
3) i would advise to run on 6gb of ram
if he really need a better psu to OC, WC or watever, just take something 550w +- gold labeled
no need for 6gb of ram...
4 x USB 3.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue, 2 at mid-board)
Intel® H77 chipset :
10 x USB 2.0 port(s) (4 at back panel, black, 6 at mid-board)
... ?
But I dont know actually, it's a bit overkill now I think about it lol.
nah kidding mate <333333
DOWN THE DRAIN
pfeiffer suckt man, heb het vroeger ook gehad
CPU Cooler - Noctura/Arctic ~ £35
CPU - Intel i5 3570K ~ £175
GPU - 2GB GTX 660 ~ £165
HDD - 1TB 7200rpm 6Gb/s ~ £55
RAM - 16Gb Corsair ~ £65
MOBO - EVGA 131-IB-E695-KR ~ £115
PSU - Corsair 650W ~ £75
Total £745 MAX (+£50 for SSD)
15mins work whilst watching xfactor, haven't followed technology for a while :x
16 gb ram isnt needed at all...
nvidia is for rich ppl (it cost much more than amd for the same perf)
there are equal cpu cooler cheaper
better take a fractal design r3 if he likes to get a silent computer...
+1 about the 16gb ram but it's dirt cheap atm anyway
haven't taken any interest in technology latest so wouldn't know much about those
e: yeah any case :O)
Don't know about the GPU, but I bought a ATI 7850 and pretty happy about it.
I would go for the Corsair Builder series 430W for the PSU.
Personally I'd go for a GTX 660 or better and a pretty high-end processor but that's just me. But if you can afford a better GPU you should go for it.
?...
450w seems low for a gaming machine to start with !
oh and a modular PSU is a nice to have once you get to actually building the thing, much less cabling to force in to the case
hard drive wise why not start with 1 and buy the second later freeing a little bit more cash for ram?
theres no point trying to save money on ram - its dirt cheap now anyway and if what you get isn't good enough you'll just have to replace it anyway
if you want to save some money maybe go for an ATI gfx card - the drivers are crap but you get more performance for your money
havent looked at the beta might have to!
CPU - INTEL CPUCI5 3200/6M S1155 BX/3470 ~ 170 eur

Game on!
CPU: i5 3450
GPU: MSI 7850
MOBO: Asrock b75 pro3
RAM: Corsair nogwat
CASE: Bitfenix Shinobi
