Need help with stream

So i would like to start streaming some games, so i set up the stream etc but my fps is just fucking sad. So i wonder if my computer is to bad or if im doing something wrong, and also 1 more thing, what connection is the minimum for decent quality?

Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30 GHz
8gb RAM
64bit windows 7
AMD radeon HD 6900 series

your specs are ok
depending on what quality you are playing ur games...

and connection for decent quality depends on your maximum upload speed

ffsplit? or xplicit?

Tried both and noticed i could not stream in fullscreen, ffsplit

u need to pick windowed fullscreen for in your game video resolution for ffsplit

I have a beasty computer and I can't stream ET with 125 fps

and on what quality are you trying to stream
i have almost same specs as you and these are my settings
when i stream they say its look ok and fluently

stream lol: no fps changes
stream bo2: from 120fps to 70fps

Get Dxtory off pirate bay and use it as DirectShow source for video, that way you can stream and play full screen.
