Jaedong joins Evil Geniuses

The legendary Brood-War player Korea, Republic of Jaedong also known as "The Tyrant" just signed up for Evil Geniuses for a one year loan (from Team 8th) and will compete in Proleague for the EG-Liquid team !

Also Evil Geniuses will be opening a gaming house in Korea called "The EG Lab" and recruited a Korean manager to supervise it, Stephano, IdrA, JYP, PuMa, Jaedong and some others will be part of this gaming house during the whole Proleague (which is one of the longest gaming league ever).

One question, what does it mean that he is on a one year loan ? He gets paid every month or how does it work in the gaming area ?

its the same everywhere :P but general parts are all depended on the contract ofc. "where does winmoney go, who pays for his expenses etc" :P

depends, but they do make a decent living out of it, its like working regular job, but the downside is that after ur done with gaming u dont have much to land on if u aint lucky / continue working on esports

I only know about France Stephano's salary in Evil Geniuses, he earns 8000$ per month.

I think its a quite nice move to open a house in Korea, just wondering what happens with their house in Arizona? Will players like Thorzain stay there? Or iNcontroll?

ye sure, they just opened the gaming house in korea to stay during one year and play the proleague, because proleague is sooooo long in term of time :S

And ThorZain will play proleague so he'll be in korea I think ^^ in my opinion, all the players listed in the EG-liquid roster will be praccing in the korean gaming house

Who will be living in the AZ Teamhouse then?
Scoots will be moving to Korea aswell then, I think. Thats why he quit his job on the Twitch TV show

Hmm... I think DeMusliM, iNcontroL (and Anna Prosser ofc), Machine, LzGamer and Suppy will play in the USA House :P

They have so much money, I don't think they care about a empty gaming house tbh :D
