Request For Assistance: Build A New PC.

If I had (approximately) £700 and wanted a new pc for gaming that I was happy to build myself - (and didn't need an OS), what components would you recommend?

I disagree with unforgiven, u can never know if the previous owner has for eg. had bad clocks which shorthen the life span of the product. I have fallen behind on pc technology, so id say wait for Oxy, zenix or possibly exc1te to answer. Or head to overclock3d.net and just tell ur budget and what u will be using the system for and they will help u out :)
have a look at the twoo previous post (similar if not exactly the same as your) i gave some answer there.

i disagree with zanc because there are specialized websites where the buyers have votes positive and negative therefore u can have an image of the salesman. such a website in romania is okazii.ro and i m using it for years without problems. also u can test the components u buy, if the seller don t agree to test than move to another 1. of course if u are rich than go buy new one.
i disagree with unforgiven because im too tired to read what he wrote
