hab dich geaddet ich spiel sonst sowieso immer mit leuten die auf stufe30 sind, das ist viel besser für mich um besser zu werden

probably to disallow some sort of abuse by people making new accounts all the time to give gifts? makes mucho sense since lvl 20 is so hard to achieve
