The Newsroom, Shameless US/UK (US season 3 starts airing soon, and I think the US version is just as good as the original UK one). These aren't like Dexter or Breaking Bad but very entertaining shows nonetheless.

- Alcatraz - I was surprised they didn't continue after first season, I liked the basic concept behind this serie
- The Lost Room - brilliant mini-serie
- Firefly
