CGS signups+reminder

With almost exactly 2 months till LAN it's time for some solid info. Signups will open in 2-3 weeks tops, LAN rules will be posted on CGS site in Polish and English around same time. 12 teams have to pay till 7th February for LAN to happen so make up your minds fast :)

Also small reminder:the contest for CGS promo video is still open. Details can be found here. Do your best and win 100pln/~25e!
