Hey guys,
today a weird problem with my Steelseries Xai mouse appeared when I was playing csgo. It started to connect and disconnect including the windows device notice sound and a few short freezes. In windows 7 it works just perfectly fine, but as soon as I am ingame (Enemy Territory, Call of Duty, Quake, CS etc) it starts to do that like every 45 seconds and stays disconnected for about 30 seconds.
I tried it with my Razer Lachesis as well and didn't have any problems ingame.
Things I tried so far:
Reset windows to a point that it worked at
Re-install firmware on the Xai
Re-install Xai Configuration Program
I would be very grateful if somebody knew how to fix it,
Have a nice evening crossfire!
PS: I wish everyone a happy new year!
Edit: Also just happened in windows, not sure if it's a broken wire though?

1.1.a for life <3
It's with more SteelSeries products than just the Xai, I had a Xai with the same problem and I have SteelSeries 6Gv2 keyboard with the exact same issue. And I think, and I found the same 'reason' on google and forums that the SteelSeries hardware sometimes get some weird bug thing which cuases windows to not recognize your stuff anymore. Example with the 6Gv2, usually its hardware name is: SteelSeries KeyBoard 6Gv2 but when it 'disconnects' in my hardware list its recognized as S[DAT with some weird japanese like symbols. Which I think causes windows to fuck up and not recognize the hardware anymore. Exact same thing with the Xai, jsut some weird name in hardware list and the lights work sometimes work and stuff but just doesnt respond anymore.
