The bicky burger is also amazing. This burger is always served with the bicky sauce. No need to ask the customer.
And in some regions, like in north france once again huhu, they ask you what sauce you want in your Bicky. They are definitely not specialists..
Also, don't go to the Kebak or this kind of snacks in large cities. Their fries are disgusting and they have no clue on what they are doing (and they do it wrong most of the time). As you said, you need an authentic fritkot! :)

1 small cucumber, 1 red pepper, half a leak, 150g cottage cheese and 30g salmon for dinner
100g shrimps
125g crayfish
some butter and low fat mayo

20g hazelnuts
500g quark
2 tbsp cocoapowder
art. sweetener
1 bread slice
2 slices ham
3 slices black forest ham
Adds up to: 1525 cals, 54g fat, 111 carbs, 156 protein, give or take.
Dinner gonna be some mushrooms, spinach and chicken. :-[
will start goig to gym from tomorrowon again.

If you already followed the advises, then I guess you should also know how to plan out your meals.
Hit your protein and fat requirements. Fill the rest of your calories with whatever you're fancy: Icecream, chocolate, cake, burgers, fries etc. Shouldn't be too hard to hit 2500+ calories a day :-P
Especially at your age, weight and height, I wouldn't worry too much about all the macros or even micros. Just lift heavy and eat lots, preferably meat and dairy products for protein and some vegetables for general health/feel good.
