Graphic card problem Help

I got this new problem.
I was playing Borderlands 2 till my monitor got fucked up.
If I turn off 1 monitor (Cable) then the first monitor will work but if I got them all in number 1 monitor will be fucked up.
I don't know how it came like this, yes I got the newest drivers.

1 Monitor enabled:

2 monitors enabled:
show hidden text

E: I got the XFX HD Radeon 6790 with the 13.1 drivers of ATI.
