How to make an eSports logo?

I would like to create a nice eSports logo and keep doing it myself for the events & cups I create.

But I have no clue how to make such thing or what programs I must use. I guess its Adobe Photoshop CS6?

Here some examples of nice eSports logos (from LoL):

Start with hand drawing til you have something nice. Scan that into your pc. Use photoshop to make it more polished. Could also use illustrator to get the job done.

normally designers do not use photoshop for the logo creation. Use a vector editing program. on OS X Sketch2 by far is the best application for creating logo's.
