!!! RULES -- READ CAREFULLY -- !!!

Date: 29. January 2013
Check in: 21:00 CET
Brackets: 21:14 CET
Start: 21.15 CET

Every player has to record demos.
If a player is caught cheating, the other one will win by forfeit.
You MUST idle #speedrun.et
If someone fails to Check in, he will be not allowed to play
BOTH players have to stay on same Server
Cointoss WILL DECIDE who starts
Player CAN DECIDE BY HIMSELF if spec is locked or not
NOT more than 1 Spec allowed for each player.
TZ-AC IS A MUST
SIDE IS ALLOWED
Every player can try 2 times, which means total of 4 rounds per matchup. A player runs first, then runs B player. 2 times have been set. Second round. A runs again, so does B. Now we have 2 times per player. The player with the best time qualifies to the next round.

1st Map: adlernest
2nd Map: et_ice
3rd Map: frostbite
4th Map: karshiah

FINAL:
ALL both pick 1 map + ETTV
DECIDER MAP WILL BE RADAR IF 2:2

what is the point of this rule? DONT shoot or block the player when hes running for docs, STAY in spawn and wait till he sets time.

When i play speed matches we usually go 2 players allies we both f3 , when countdown starts 2nd player just goes spec...no need for axis.

There are speec-configs too. Where you don't need two players.
