Graphics fucked up

How the fuck do I fix this. I have a normal computer with a normal graphics card (ATI Radeon 3000). I do have the latest drivers, maybe it's something in my config or some other bullshit with the catalyst software?

EDIT
Appears on some servers only by the way, don't know if that's of any help at all.

then i made whole new cfg, was fine..

Either the server or you have some map that contains a different shader for the same texture, making it appear missing. Delete all excess pk3s from your ET folder.

I had that, remove all pk3 from jaymod / etpro pubs servs
