if "Cannot load the driver, try running as administrator" error message, do this:
Open command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator and type this: sc delete tizeqdrv

or this way


1) Run command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator
2) Execute command 'sc stop tizeqdrv'
3) Execute command 'sc delete tizeqdrv'
4) Reboot
